Budapest has been hugely popular with British travellers for years. The rest of the country though? Slightly less so. To try and improve this, National Geographic Traveller and the Hungarian tourist board sent me to explore the country beyond the capital and it's a world of remote castles, beautiful scenery, lovely lakes, cycling tracks, superb wine and hearty food.
