In 2019, I helped put a trip together to get the guys behind Orange Buffalo - who are London's leading wings business by some considerable margin - to Buffalo to compete in the Buffalo Wings Festival. And I helped put together the team of journalists who accompanied them and discovered just how remarkable and varied Buffalo's food scene can be.
