There's more to Argentina than steak and red wine. Admittedly most of what I consumed in Buenos Aires and Mendoza was steak and/or red wine (and it was good) but there's a lot more to the nation's cuisine than that. There are plans afoot to go and explore a very particular area of BA's food but, until that happens, here's my take on it all for Foodism Magazine.
